We are looking for a skilled Google PPC Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for real estate projects. The candidate should have experience in generating quality leads through Google Ads and improving campaign performance to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Manage ad budgets and maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Google PPC/Performance Marketing.
- Experience in real estate lead generation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM.
- Understanding of keyword planning, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and lead funnels.
- Ability to generate high-quality leads within budget.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
