Business Development Executive
About Role
As a Business Development Executive at Conceptial Media, you will drive new client acquisition across our digital marketing, SEO, web development, and UGC services. You will build relationships with businesses in Noida, Delhi NCR, and beyond who want to grow their online presence, and be the face of our agency in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospects' digital marketing needs
- Prepare and present tailored proposals covering SEO, PPC, social media, and web services
- Manage a sales pipeline and meet monthly revenue targets consistently
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain client relationships post-sale to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Track leads and activities in CRM; report weekly to management
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing or tech agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
