Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Auditing & Focus ERP Manager to manage and monitor Focus ERP operations, internal audits, process controls, data accuracy, and compliance across all departments of the organization.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent command of Advanced Microsoft Excel, hands-on experience with Focus ERP, and the ability to identify process gaps, irregularities, discrepancies, and control weaknesses across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Focus ERP operations and ensure accurate and timely data entry across all departments.
- Conduct internal audits across all departments and verify transactions, processes, records, and supporting documents.
- Monitor ERP transactions and identify discrepancies, errors, unauthorized entries, and process deviations.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and audit procedures to minimize operational and financial risks.
- Generate and analyze ERP reports for management review and decision-making.
- Reconcile ERP data with supporting documents, physical records, inventory, accounts, and departmental reports.
- Monitor purchase, sales, inventory, production, finance, HR, administration, and other departmental transactions through ERP.
- Identify system and process gaps and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare periodic audit reports, MIS reports, variance reports, exception reports, and management dashboards.
- Follow up with departments on audit observations and ensure timely closure of pending issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of audit findings, controls, procedures, and corrective actions.
- Assist management in improving ERP processes, workflows, authorization levels, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production, HR, Administration, and other departments for audit and ERP-related activities.
- Ensure proper ERP access controls, user permissions, and authorization levels.
- Support ERP implementation, configuration changes, master-data management, and process improvements as required.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Focus ERP is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel, including:

- Good understanding of ERP-based business processes and transaction flows.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or an equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification or coursework in ERP, Internal Audit, Advanced Excel, Finance, or Business Analytics will be an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP management, internal auditing, process auditing, MIS, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong Focus ERP implementation, administration, and operational experience, along with cross-functional auditing experience, will be preferred.

The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech / B.E. (CSE) professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Focus ERP expertise, excellent Advanced Excel skills, and practical experience in auditing, monitoring, and controlling processes across all departments of an organization.
