Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers while negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all purchases meet quality standards, including Schedule M, WHO-GMP, and FDA requirements.
Inventory & Demand Planning: Collaborate with production to forecast needs, maintaining optimal inventory levels and preventing shortages.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, evaluating their performance regarding quality and delivery.
Cost Management: Drive cost savings and manage budgets .
