About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and thoughtful Software Developer who takes pride in writing clean, scalable code and enjoys working closely with a team in a fast-paced, in-person environment to join us on our mission to create a meaningful impact on the UK Social Care sector.
You’ll play a key role in designing and building functionality to directly improve the quality of care to vulnerable people around the UK. Attention to detail and a sense of ownership are essential.

We provide a simple-to-use app for carers and managers to ensure consistent, high-quality care is delivered, all the while removing the need for paperwork.

What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and developing robust, maintainable applications using JavaScript and SQL
- Writing clean, scalable code that stands the test of time
- Putting simplicity at the forefront
- Collaborating with designers to ensure UI/UX concepts are practical and implementable
- Optimising front-end and back-end performance
- Taking ownership of your code by testing it before it is deployed to our dedicated testing squad
- Contributing to architectural decisions and evolving existing systems
- Working closely with a close-knit international English-speaking team across the full development lifecycle
What we’re looking for:
We’re particularly interested in candidates who are intentional about their work and can demonstrate strong fundamentals.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience is essential.
- Strong proficiency in core JavaScript
- Solid hands-on experience with SQL
- Ability to write code that is well-structured and maintainable
- A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence working in a collaborative, in-person team environment
- Experience working on SaaS platforms or social care systems
- Exposure to data-driven applications
- An interest in building products that have a real impact
