Samrudhi Wealth is a mutual fund distribution practice focused on helping clients make informed investment decisions and build long-term wealth through mutual fund investments.
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and developing new client opportunities across Kollam District.
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will:
- Travel across Kollam District to meet prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries provided by the firm.
- Meet clients personally and understand their financial goals, investment needs and requirements.
- Explain Samrudhi Wealth's services and the basics of mutual fund investing clearly and professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify genuine investment opportunities and follow up with interested clients.
- Coordinate and schedule investment meetings with the appropriate person from the firm when the client is ready to invest.
- Maintain regular follow-up and client visit records.
- Update daily activities, meetings and follow-ups in the firm's CRM/Google Sheets.
- Represent Samrudhi Wealth professionally when meeting clients.
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of Mutual Funds and Investments is required.
- Previous experience in mutual funds, insurance, banking, financial products or investment sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to confidently meet and speak with clients in person.
- Fluent Malayalam and working knowledge of English.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel throughout Kollam District.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are required.
- Smartphone with reliable internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and CRM systems.
