We are looking for a creative and technically minded 3D Printing, Design & Social Media Executive to join our team. This is a unique, dynamic role perfect for someone who lives and breathes 3D printing and loves sharing that passion online. You will look after our customer queries, help design and slice 3D models, and actively grow our online brand presence by creating engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities1. Social Media Marketing & Content Creation
- Content Creation: Film and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) showcasing our 3D printers in action, filament quality, and cool finished prints.
- Page Management: Manage and update our social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), writing catchy captions and maintaining a clean, professional aesthetic.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers, reply to comments, and engage with the wider Indian 3D printing community online to boost our visibility.
2. Technical Support & Customer Relations
- Inquiry Handling: Respond patiently to customer questions via WhatsApp Business, phone, and social media DMs regarding filament choices, material specifications, and pricing.
- Troubleshooting: Help customers resolve common printing issues (such as stringing, warping, clogging, or settings optimization) when using our products.
3. 3D Design & Printing Operations
- 3D CAD Modeling: Create original 3D models or modify existing designs based on custom client requirements.
- Slicing & Testing: Prepare files using slicing software (Bambu Studio, Cura, etc.) and run test prints to ensure our manufactured filament batches meet strict quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3D Printing Expertise: Practical experience operating FDM 3D printers and configuring slicer settings.
- Design Software: Basic to intermediate proficiency in 3D CAD modeling tools (such as FreeCAD, Onshape, Shapr3D, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Marketing & Editing Skills: Comfortable on camera or hands-on behind it. Basic video editing skills on mobile apps (like CapCut, VN, or InShot) to create fast-paced reels.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is necessary.
- Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must provide links to their social media work, active personal profiles, or a portfolio of their 3D designs/prints.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
