The company is expanding its engineering team in Indore.
Position: Firmware Engineer
The company is looking for an experienced embedded firmware engineer for aviation systems.
This role is suitable for someone who:
- enjoys solving technical problems
- works well in fast-paced environments
- has strong embedded systems knowledge
Main ResponsibilitiesTechnical Work
- Develop and maintain firmware for STM32 and ESP32 platforms
- Test and validate firmware
- Debug and improve embedded systems
- Work on firmware architecture and scalability
- Identify technical risks and solve issues
Team Collaboration
- Work in Agile teams
- Maintain documentation in Confluence
- Use GitHub for source code management
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years experience in embedded firmware development
- Strong knowledge of:
- STM32 (mandatory)
- ESP32 (preferred)
- NXP/nRF or similar platforms
- Good programming skills in Embedded C/C++
- Experience with:
- RTOS
- communication protocols
- hardware interfaces
- Experience in embedded product development
Bonus Skills
- Avionics or safety-critical systems experience
- LVGL knowledge
- DSP experience
Eligibility
Candidates must:
- Have 10+ years experience
- Be available for immediate joining
- Be willing to relocate to Indore
