We are looking for a Microsoft 365 AI Platform Engineer to enable and scale AI-driven productivity across the enterprise. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities (Copilot, Azure OpenAI) within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, rather than building ML models from scratch.
- Enable and manage Microsoft 365 Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint
- Integrate Azure OpenAI with enterprise data sources (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Build AI-powered workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps)
- Leverage Microsoft Graph API to connect and orchestrate data across M365 services
- Design RAG-based solutions using enterprise content as knowledge base
- Develop and optimize prompts and Copilot use cases for business functions
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within M365 AI implementations
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement high-impact AI use cases
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook)
- Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Automate preferred)
- Experience with Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Functions, App Services, Entra ID)
- Understanding of Microsoft Graph API
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and enterprise AI use cases
- Good understanding of data access control and security in M365
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot / Copilot Studio
- Exposure to RAG architectures using enterprise data
- Experience building Teams bots or AI assistants
- Basic scripting (Python / JavaScript)
