Role Overview
Assist the TA team in end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, product, and educator roles. Gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech hiring, from sourcing to onboarding, while advancing our mission to transform education worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and campus networks for bulk campaigns.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate coordination using Google Sheets and Microsoft Forms.
- Contribute to employer branding through LinkedIn posts and job content.
- Track metrics, update ATS, and support 100+ monthly hires.
- Help optimize interview processes and candidate experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current student/recent grad in HR, Business, or related (0-1 year exp).
- Excellent communication, organization; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Passion for edtech/startups; LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
