About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The role will involve managing the front desk, interacting with walk-in customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into fitness plan memberships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and welcome members and walk-in customers.
- Explain fitness programs, memberships, packages, and plans to prospective customers.
- Actively sell fitness plans and memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert walk-ins and enquiries into memberships.
- Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
- Manage customer registrations, renewals, payments, and basic membership-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Coordinate with trainers and the fitness team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front-desk environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, front desk sales, gym/fitness sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with direct sales and target-based work.
- Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive and energetic personality.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp/CRM or billing systems.
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
