- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and special offers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records as required
