About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Endpoint Operations Engineer to manage and support enterprise end user computing environments. This role focuses on ensuring laptops, desktops, and endpoint management platforms remain secure, compliant, and highly available for users across the organization, including executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end device lifecycle activities (IMACD) for Windows and macOS devices.
- Operate and support endpoint management platforms such as Intune, MECM, and Jamf Pro.
- Handle device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployments, and compliance policies
- Perform OS patching, compliance monitoring, and remediation activities.
- Provide white-glove/VIP support for executives and business-critical users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, and endpoint management issues Support ITSM processes including incidents, requests, problem management, and change management .
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and self-service improvements.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS environments
- Hands-on expertise with Intune, MECM, and/or Jamf Pro
- Good understanding of endpoint lifecycle management and deskside support
- Experience with OS patching, compliance, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools
- Excellent communication and customer support skills
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in Microsoft Endpoint, Jamf, Windows, macOS, or ITIL
- Experience supporting global/distributed environments
- Exposure to endpoint security, identity, or Zero Trust concepts
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
