Job Description:
We are looking for someone careful and experienced to join our accounts team as a Data Entry Operator. The right person should have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, be good with numbers, and know how to use accounting software to keep records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
o Accurately input and manage financial data in accounting systems.
o Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
o Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and statements.
o Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documents.
o Coordinate with the accounting team for timely data updates.
o Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Busy, Tally)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
o Basic problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
o Basic understanding of accounting principles.
