We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to expand our customer base, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth for our medical equipment portfolio. The candidate should have strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and a passion for healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, clinic owners, and distributors
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and field visits
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients
- Coordinate with the technical and service team for installation and after-sales support
- Maintain CRM records and sales reports
- Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new healthcare technologies
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
