Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients across target markets
Identify and engage key decision-makers to introduce CS Soft Solutions’ services
Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and decision timelines
Schedule and align meetings between qualified leads and the sales team
Execute multi-channel outreach including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and activity data
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and move them through the pipeline
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
Meet and exceed defined KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and conversions
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development
Proven track record in cold calling and meeting scheduling
Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills
Ability to handle objections and rejections effectively
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B or IT services sales
Familiarity with global markets (US, UK, etc.)
Exposure to sales automation and outreach tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily outbound calls and outreach volume
Number of qualified meetings scheduled
Conversion rate from calls to meetings
Pipeline contribution from outbound efforts
