Maximum 1 to 3yrs of experience in customer handling(telesales or telecalling )
responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partnersKey Responsibilities: Welcoming the customer on-board and create a Member Profile
- Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member
- Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories
- Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right ‘Elite’ experience and delivering quality service
- Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow upSkill and Competencies required: communication in Tamil & English.
