Job Title: Personal Secretary to CEO

Job Summary:
Aakash Fertility Centre & Hospital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Secretary to provide administrative and coordination support to the CEO. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 +years of experience who are looking to build a career in executive support. The position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Draft and respond to emails, letters, and internal communications
- Coordinate with internal departments, doctors, patients, and external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes with follow-up actions
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and day-to-day office activities
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Support smooth functioning of the CEO’s office operations
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Additional certification in administration or secretarial practice is an advantage
Experience:
- 0–2+ years of experience in administrative / secretarial roles
