Job Summary:
Minerva School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Hindi Teacher to inspire young learners and develop strong language skills. The ideal candidate should possess excellent Hindi language proficiency, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and child-friendly learning environment that fosters communication, reading, and writing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- * Teach Hindi to primary-grade students as per the school curriculum.
- * Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Hindi.
- * Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning activities.
- * Create an interactive and positive classroom environment.
- * Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- * Maintain student records and academic progress reports.
- * Encourage participation in language-related activities, competitions, and cultural programs.
- * Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress.
- * Collaborate with fellow teachers and school management for academic planning.
- * Ensure discipline and promote positive behavior among students.
Qualifications & Skills
- * Bachelor’s Degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- * B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. preferred.
- * Strong command of spoken and written Hindi.
- * Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- * Passion for teaching and working with young children.
- * Ability to use creative and activity-based teaching methods.

* Prior teaching experience in primary classes will be an added advantage.
