We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day kitchen activities, ensure discipline, and maintain hygiene standards. This is a floor-level role, not a desk job.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Handle kitchen staff across shifts (full-time & part-time)
- Ensure staff discipline, attendance, and smooth coordination
- Allocate work and monitor daily output
Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Ensure strict hygiene standards in kitchen & packaging areas
- Conduct regular cleanliness checks
- Enforce grooming and uniform rules
Operations Control
- Oversee daily order flow and ensure smooth execution
- Step in during rush hours (especially packaging support)
- Reduce delays, confusion, and operational errors
Inventory & Leakage Control
- Monitor stock usage and prevent wastage/leakages
- Track daily consumption and report mismatches
- Manage Inventory and Purchase
Quality & Consistency
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and consistently
- Minimize customer complaints and reworks
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience in cloud kitchen / restaurant operations preferred
- Strong discipline and team handling skills
- Should be strict but fair
- Comfortable working on the kitchen floor
- Able to handle pressure during peak hours
- Basic understanding of stock and kitchen workflow
Important
- This is a hands-on role — you will be on the floor, not in an office
- Must be willing to take responsibility for daily operations
