Responsibilities

Own the design strategy and execution for digital products across mobile and desktop platforms.

Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and user experience direction.

Lead end-to-end product discovery activities including problem framing, user research, opportunity mapping, concept development, and validation.

Drive outcome-focused design decisions aligned with business goals, user needs, and product success metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to challenge assumptions, influence prioritization, and ensure high-quality product outcomes.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while remaining actively involved in hands-on design work.

Advocate for user-cantered design practices and ensure customer insights are incorporated throughout the product lifecycle.

Represent Design in leadership reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

Promote and drive adoption of design systems, accessibility standards, and design best practices.

Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of collaboration, design excellence, and continuous learning.

Work effectively within complex, multi-stakeholder environments and manage competing priorities.

Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies and emerging design tools to improve user experiences and team productivity.

Collaborate with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, design, or a related field.
