OMG Mediawork is a Mumbai-based, full-service production and line production company founded in 2014 by Durgesh Dadhich and Bhaktti Sakpal. We bring brand ideas to life on screen, handling everything from the first brief to the final delivered file, including television commercials, digital and social media content, music videos, branded films, OTT promos, corporate videos, and high-end photoshoots. Over the past decade, we've worked with some of India's most recognised brands, such as Garnier, Maybelline, Domino's, Britannia, Tata, Amazon, Zepto, Kotak Life, and many more, on productions featuring talent including Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, and Sonam Kapoor. What sets us apart is that we're not just a vendor who shows up with a camera; we are a strategic production partner who understands the brand's objective, builds the right team, manages every moving part of the shoot, and delivers content that performs. We also function as line producers and production fixers for international agencies and production companies that need a trusted, experienced ground team in India.
Role
We are looking for an experienced and resourceful Agency Producer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative vision and on-ground execution. You will be the central point of contact between our internal teams, clients, and external vendors, keeping every project moving with clarity, confidence, and precision. If you understand the pulse of advertising production and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, we would love to have you on board.
Responsibilities
- Someone with industry experience, particularly in agencies, who can effectively bring clients on board.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the creative team, clients, and production team.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate them into actionable production plans.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with directors, vendors, and crew
- Oversee end-to-end production from pre-production planning through to final delivery.
- Manage project budgets, estimates, and cost tracking with accuracy
- Coordinate shoot schedules, location logistics, and resource planning
- Ensure all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
- Troubleshoot on-ground challenges during production and keep all stakeholders informed
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in advertising or film production
- Strong understanding of the ad film production process end-to-end
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Solid vendor and crew network within the Mumbai production ecosystem
- Ability to stay calm, solution-oriented, and decisive under pressure
- Proficiency in budgeting and production scheduling tools
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Background in Mass Communication, Film Production, Advertising, or Media preferred
