Job Description:
Role Summary
Hands-on Configuration: Customize and configure core SAP CS/SM and S/4HANA Service functionalities, including:
- Service Contracts, Service Quotations, and Service Orders
- Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations, Serial Numbers)
- In-house Repair, Resource-Related Billing (RRB), and Time and Material tracking
- Warranty Management and Return Material Authorization (RMA)
- Integration Master: Ensure seamless cross-functional integration of the Service Management module with adjacent SAP components (SD, MM, FICO, PM, and PP).
Technical Competencies
- Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of specialized SAP CS/SM consulting experience, with at least 2 full life-cycle end-to-end S/4HANA Service or Customer Management implementations.
- S/4HANA Architecture:Deep familiarity with S/4HANA Service capabilities (e.g., Interaction Center, Service Requests, One Order framework).Clear functional understanding of Fiori UI, Web UI, and standard migration tools (Migration Cockpit). Knowledge of basic debugging or ABAP concepts is highly advantageous.

Pay: Up to ₹1,900,000.00 per year
