The Role Involves:
- You are the execution engine for Lingotran’s content and digital presence.
- Strategy and go-to-market sit with our VP and GTM consultant. Your job is to turn that direction into a steady, high-quality drumbeat of published content, social posts, email, and brand assets.
- This is a hands-on maker role, not a strategy or oversight role.
- You will be the only marketer, so you must be able to run the day-to-day yourself and ship consistently without being chased.
What you will own
- Content calendar-Plan, own, and keep the calendar running. This is the backbone of the role.
- Content and thought leadership- Produce articles, posts, and thought-leadership pieces on the Crucible Method and language pedagogy.
- Email marketing- Build and send campaigns and nurture sequences where needed
- Brand- Keep a consistent brand voice and look across everything we publish
- Website content- Keep the site current and publish new pages and content
- Event marketing- Promotion, collateral, and follow-up content for events like RIFAI, BELC, and regional equivalents across our markets
- Digital presence- Own how Lingotran shows up online, end to end
- Asset production- Produce written and visual assets yourself using AI tools. Brief our in-house video producer and draw on in-house design support.
- Sales support- Produce collateral and case-study assets as needed to support the sales team. Secondary to the above, since strategy sits with the consultant.
- Reporting- Send a short weekly report on what shipped, cadence, and engagement, and take part in a monthly review.
Skills Required:
- Experience marketing to schools, educators, or academic buyers. You need to understand who we sell to. Without it, the role drifts into generic marketing
- Strong, clear writing in English
- Proven ownership of a content calendar and regular social posting
- Working knowledge of email marketing
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools for content and asset creation. This is core to the role, not a nice-to-have, because you will produce most assets yourself
- Design sense at a Canva or Figma level, even without being a trained designer
- A self-starter who ships on a steady cadence without being managed closely
The ramp and how you are measured
This is a high-paced, high-output role, and the ramp is aggressive. In the first weeks you will get up to speed on our product, pedagogy, buyers, and markets, audit our current channels and content, and stand up a content calendar and brand voice. From there you move into a full publishing rhythm, then into optimization and growth.
You will send a short weekly report and have a monthly review with the VP. Specific targets, including how much we publish and on which channels, are set with you at the start and calibrated to our current baselines.
While we build confidence in your quality, content is reviewed before it goes out. Once that confidence is there, you get full publishing autonomy.
Lead and pipeline volume is not a measure for this role. That sits with strategy.
