We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Thane, India.
Job Purpose:
- The RMT oversees and administers all risk management processes performed on the DHL Group wide used risk management tool SHIELD. The RMT also acts as evaluator for risk management processes. Thereby the team interacts with internal and external stakeholders to bring supplier due diligence processes to a conclusion.
- The role is instrumental in achieving Corporate Procurement’s strategy to make supplier risk management available to more business partners in DHL Group. Corporate Procurements has a broad and growing footprint. DHL Group faces tightening legal requirements around managing supplier risks (e.g. cyber, ESG, financial risks) which Procurement aims to address via SHIELD based due diligence processes.
Your tasks:
- Ensure engagement of stakeholders to conclude supplier due diligence processes in target time via verbal and written communication
- Evaluate supplier questionnaire responses, supplier documents or other risk information on suppliers by applying evaluator guidelines
- Judge quality of supplier provided information and seek clarifications if required
- Escalate red flag situations to applicable subject matter expert groups while summarizing contextual information on the use of the supplier in business context
- Explain due diligence process to internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Provide technical guidance on the use of SHIELD if required
- Judge, resolve or route onwards first level technical tickets raised by internal stakeholders on SHIELD processes
