We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data, identifying trends, creating insightful reports, and supporting business decisions through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations using analytical tools.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities from data.
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems.
- Interpret data and present findings to management in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work closely with different departments to understand business requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
- Good understanding of SQL for querying databases.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant certifications in Data Analytics are an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools.
