Role: Sales Executive (Gym)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-ins and convert leads into memberships
- Explain gym packages, personal training plans, and offers
- Follow up with inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media)
- Maintain client records and daily sales reports
- Coordinate with trainers and front desk staff
- Upsell add-ons like nutrition plans or PT sessions
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic knowledge of fitness (preferred, not mandatory)
- Sales or customer service experience
- Confident, presentable, and energetic personality
Salary Range
- Upto ₹25,000/month + incentives (can go higher with experience)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
