Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Oversee curriculum implementation, instructional quality, and pedagogical innovation (including hands-on activities, experiential learning, and student-led initiatives).
- Faculty Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented professional culture.
- Operations & Administration: Supervise daily school operations, ensure compliance with board regulations, and manage campus infrastructure/facilities effectively.
- Student Development & Counseling: Champion holistic student growth, integrate modern career counseling pathways, and maintain robust discipline and student welfare systems.
- Community Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between the management, teachers, parents, and the local community to build strong, transparent relationships.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
