Job Title: Cruise Manager
Note: Cruise experience will be preferable.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Management / Maritime Studies.
Experience
· Minimum 5–10 years of relevant work experience in maritime/ports.
· Experience in stakeholder coordination, project implementation, or government interface is desirable.
· Exposure to port, shipping, or tourism sector will be given preference.
Roles and Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for:
· Programme Implementation: Assisting in implementation and monitoring of activities under the Cruise Bharat Mission, Tracking project timelines, deliverables, and progress milestones, Preparing periodic progress reports and presentations.
· Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinating with ports, state governments, cruise operators, and other stakeholders, Facilitating meetings, consultations, and workshops.
· Inter-Ministerial Liaison: Liaising with Central Ministrier for project approvals and coordination, Assisting in preparation of policy notes, briefs, and official documents.
· Sector Development Support: Supporting initiatives related to cruise tourism development and port readiness
· Data Management & Reporting: Collecting and analyzing data related to cruise operations and port activities, Assisting in preparation of reports, concept notes, and feasibility studies.
· Secretariat & Administrative Support: Providing support for meetings, committees, and official documentation, Handling correspondence such as e file, record keeping, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
