Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful interior product. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales in the interior product or related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up on leads for end user (B2C) and business, Dealer and Distributor (B2B)
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior products based on space, budget, and preferences
- Conduct client meetings, showroom visits, and product presentations to showcase offerings
- Prepare and share product quotations, specifications, and delivery timelines with clients
- Negotiate pricing and close product sales deals within company guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or internal systems
- Ensure proper follow-up until order confirmation, delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, dealer and contractors for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on product knowledge, materials, pricing, and ongoing offers Required
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or related
- Experience working on IndiaMART portal for lead management and client handling will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in interior design / modular furniture / real estate sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
