We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist patients with appointments, and provide information about hospital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries and appointment bookings
- Make follow-up and reminder calls to patients
- Provide accurate information about hospital services
- Maintain call records and patient data
- Coordinate with relevant departments for patient support
Job Requirements:
- 1–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Candidates with prior hospital or healthcare experience will be given preference.
