Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager – Pre-Owned Cars to support the Sales Manager in driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on sales expertise, and in-depth knowledge of the pre-owned car market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance
- Handle customer walk-ins, leads, negotiations, and deal closures
- Ensure proper follow-up on enquiries from digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins
- Support pricing strategies, vehicle evaluation coordination, and stock movement
- Monitor daily sales activities, test drives, and conversion ratios
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies
- Address customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, and operations teams for smooth deliveries
- Assist in training new sales executives and improving team productivity

Qualification & Experience

- 8-12 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in pre-owned cars
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team-handling role is an advantage
