We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers who can effectively communicate with students and parents while providing information about our services.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students, parents, and leads.
Explain the company's educational and career consulting services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and resolve basic queries.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Schedule counseling sessions and appointments for the admissions team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (English communication will be an advantage).
Confident and polite telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/MS Office).
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
