Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee plant operations, production, quality, safety, and
team management. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational
management skills to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant operations in plastics/polymer manufacturing
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules & ensure effective execution to achieve maximum
machine availability.
- Drive maintenance improvement initiatives to reduce machine breakdowns, increase equipment
reliability, and improve overall plant efficiency.
- Lead and manage plant staff, training, and performance
- Maintain safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO / industry norms.
- Implement quality control and regular audits. Control production costs and reduce wastage
Skills:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Plastics / Polymer Engineering (CIPET Passout preferred)
- Production planning & operations management
- 15–25 years in plastics/polymer manufacturing with 8–10 years in leadership/plant head roles.
