Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
- Recruitment: Screen resumes, post job openings on portals like Indeed or LinkedIn, and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding: Assist with new-hire paperwork, orientation sessions, and training coordination.
- Employee Relations: Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and maintain HR databases. [1, 2]
Marketing
- Content Creation: Assist in designing and writing copy for social media posts, emails, and promotional materials.
- Campaign Support: Gather data from marketing campaigns and track key metrics (KPIs) to measure success.
- Market Research: Perform analysis on target audiences and competitor strategies. [1, 2, 3]
Basic Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration (BBA), Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. [1]
- Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and high organizational ability. [1, 2]
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic familiarity with social media platforms and Canva for graphic design
Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
