VCENTRIX SERVICES is hiring an experienced Business Development Specialist for its Domestic Sales division.

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview
We are looking for a experienced Business Development professional with strong experience in selling services or solutions in the domestic Indian market. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and driving revenue growth within India-based businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the domestic market
Sell company services/solutions to Indian clients across industries
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, pricing, and delivery alignment
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales
Strong experience in Domestic Sales / Indian Market Client Acquisition
Background in IT services, staffing, or service-based industry preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Ability to work in a high-performance, target-driven environment
