Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Development
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and execute technical strategies
- Deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines
- Establish and promote software development best practices
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Marketing, Operations, and API teams
- Align technical deliverables with business objectives
Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of excellence
- Provide technical guidance and L3 support
Application Enhancement & Operations
- Ensure high availability and performance of Android applications
- Drive service quality, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot complex issues and implement long-term solutions
- Maintain SLAs and SLOs
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in large-scale Android application development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Android SDK, and OOP concepts
- Deep understanding of MVVM and MVVM Clean Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Android UI principles and best practices
- Solid understanding of memory management, threading, and networking
- Experience with Android architecture components and Jetpack libraries
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin coroutines and asynchronous programming
- Experience in unit testing and debugging distributed systems
- Knowledge of dependency injection (Dagger2 or Hilt)
- Experience supporting multiple Android versions and device types
- Working knowledge of Git and Jira
- Excellent communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Experience working with TIF layer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per month
