Job Description
Location – Kaman Vasai
- Manage OEM customer account
- Supervise technical support team and make weekly reports on the number of calls attended, problems faced and solution given
- Reply to all emails by dealerships in coordination with technical support team
- Assist OEM Manager with follow-ups, documentation for OEM customers and projects
- Overlook dispatch and QC for OEM Projects, maintain paper work and excel for all dispatches, returns
- Visit Dealership or car factory in case of any new product development
- Co-ordiante with suppliers in china for any software updates required or any development related materials
- Manage all orders with packaging suppliers
Must have excellent communication skill
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
