Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to drive travel bookings and build strong relationships with clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and delivering exceptional travel solutions tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Convert leads to confirmed bookings for holiday packages, hotels, and travel services
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel plans
- Follow up with potential clients to close the deal
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM
- Coordinate with operations and vendor teams for seamless service delivery
- Achieve monthly KPIs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Hospitality/Travel preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in sales (Travel industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bengali speaking is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Customer-oriented with a sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Compensation & Benefits
