Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to support our day-to-day manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production activities. The candidate should have a hands-on approach and be willing to work closely with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily production and assembly activities as per the production plan.
- Assist in the assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of products.
- Ensure production activities are completed within the required timelines.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Stores, and Purchase teams for smooth production.
- Identify production issues and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, checklists, and daily reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
- Assist in inspection and testing of finished products.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce production delays.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical assembly.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
