Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, basic knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to handle administrative and data management tasks efficiently. Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and update reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in invoice, purchase order, and documentation processes.
- Respond to emails and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned back-office activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in a back-office or administrative role (Freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and email handling.
- Basic understanding of office documentation.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
