Job Summary
Responsible for managing spare parts inventory, procurement, billing, stock control, and timely availability of parts for service and repair requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day spare parts operations and inventory.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store spare parts and accessories.
- Issue parts to the service/workshop team as per job requirements.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase/replenishment requests when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers for ordering, delivery, and replacement of parts.
- Prepare quotations and invoices for spare parts sales.
- Ensure correct part numbers, quantities, and prices during billing.
- Handle customer enquiries regarding spare parts availability and pricing.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Team for timely parts availability.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
- Process warranty/return/replacement of parts as per company procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation for all parts transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the spare parts store.
- Prepare and submit stock and sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to inventory and spare parts management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in automobile spare parts operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and part numbers.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work under pressure.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
