As a Senior Service Coordinator, you will be the "nerve center" of our service operations, ensuring our field teams have the resources they need and our clients receive world-class support for their critical assets.
What you’ll do:Orchestrate complex field service schedules for transformer installation, commissioning, and maintenance.Serve as the primary technical liaison for our key clients, managing expectations and solving problems in real-time.Develop cost estimations and service proposals to drive business growth.Manage high-level documentation and ensure every job meets rigorous safety and quality standards.Collaborate with engineering and production teams to streamline repairs and spare parts delivery.
