Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage Directors’ schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and prepare MOMs with timely follow-ups
- Handle emails, calls, reminders, and professional communication
- Maintain task trackers, reports, records, and important documents
- Coordinate with departments, vendors, clients, and management teams
- Ensure timely completion of pending tasks and escalate delays when required
- Prepare presentations, MIS reports, proposals, and official documents
- Support office administration, filing, documentation, and data management
- Provide personal assistance support including bookings, appointments, and coordination
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and smooth day-to-day operations
Required Skills
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) & ERP software
- Professional email drafting and multitasking ability
- Time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Smart, organized, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
