We are looking for an Import Checklist Executive to join our team. The candidate should have knowledge of import documentation and shipping processes, with the ability to handle documentation accurately and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify import checklist documents and related paperwork.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and clients for smooth operations.
- Track shipment status and ensure timely processing of import activities.
- Maintain records and documentation with accuracy.
- Follow up on pending documents and ensure compliance with procedures.
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Qualification: Graduate in any field
