About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our growing CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, client communication, lead generation, and digital communication solutions such as SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Voice, and OTP services.
This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in technology sales, SaaS, telecom solutions, or business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and client outreach
- Identify potential business clients through online research and databases
- Support in pitching CPaaS solutions such as Bulk SMS, WhatsApp API, Voice Solutions, and Automation services
- Coordinate with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
- Maintain and update CRM data and sales reports
- Help prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Follow up with leads and support the sales closing process
- Learn industry trends and competitor offerings
Skills & Requirements
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic understanding of sales or marketing concepts
- Interest in technology, telecom, or SaaS platforms
- Confident personality with willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (preferred)
