A Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction and infrastructure projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, industrial premises, and commercial developments. They ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise construction projects
- Prepare project layouts, drawings, and estimates
- Monitor site work and construction progress
- Ensure quality control and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Inspect materials and construction methods
- Solve technical and structural issues on-site
- Prepare reports, BOQs, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and building codes
Skills Required:
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and site management knowledge
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Time management and project coordination
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Minimum 2 Years of Experience is required
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Site experience preferred for practical project handling
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
