We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and closing high-value projects.
Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys communicating with clients, and wants to grow in the IT and creative services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development channels.
- Identify businesses looking for UI/UX Design, Website Development, Mobile Apps, Branding, AI Solutions, SaaS, Animation, Motion Graphics, and Custom Software.
- Schedule discovery calls and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, project briefs, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with design and development teams during pre-sales discussions.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, meeting, and revenue targets.
- Represent Pixora Ventures professionally during client interactions.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and social selling.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle client meetings independently.
- Good understanding of IT services and digital products.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

CompensationProbation Period (First 3 Months)
- Performance-based compensation.
