Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying potential clients, developing strategies to expand our customer base, and driving the growth of our solar energy projects in the Kanpur, Agra, Noida, and Gorakhpur regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified leads for solar energy solutions.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in industries and businesses.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of adopting solar energy solutions.
3. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for prospective clients
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with solar energy technology and projects is a plus.
Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Kanpur, Noida and Lucknow).
