We are looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of design, development, and growth — building strong landing pages, microsites, campaign pages, and interactive web experiences, while also improving the visibility, performance, and discoverability of serein.inc.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a good eye for design, solid front-end and WordPress execution skills, and strong thinking around SEO, GEO, AEO, and conversion optimisation.
What you’ll do
- Build and maintain high-quality landing pages, campaign pages, microsites, and other marketing web experiences on WordPress + Elementor
- Translate design direction, mockups, or Figma files into polished, responsive front-end builds
- Improve the visual quality and interaction quality of Serein’s web pages through strong layout, typography, motion, and UX decisions
- Create lightweight interactive experiences, animated sections, calculators, gated pages, and conversion-focused campaign flows
- Extend Elementor with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when needed
- Own on-page and technical SEO foundations including metadata, heading hierarchy, internal linking, image optimisation, schema, page speed, crawlability, and content structure
- Help improve GEO/AEO readiness by making content more structured, semantically clear, and easier for AI systems and answer engines to interpret
- Run website audits to identify broken links, weak templates, SEO gaps, slow pages, UX issues, and missed conversion opportunities
- Work with marketing, content, and leadership teams to launch pages that are on-brand and high-performing
- Track performance across traffic, rankings, engagement, form conversion, and page speed, and turn those insights into action
- Continuously improve reusable website components, page templates, and workflows so the site becomes easier to scale
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in web development, website growth, front-end marketing sites, or similar roles
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development
- A good eye for design — especially spacing, typography, hierarchy, and clean modern layouts
- Experience building landing pages and microsites with strong UX and conversion thinking
- Practical understanding of technical SEO
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO concepts and how website structure affects discoverability in AI-led search experiences
- Understanding of performance optimisation, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and mobile-first design
- Comfortable using website and performance tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, heatmaps, experimentation tools, and page testing tools
- Able to work independently, troubleshoot quickly, and move from idea to execution with minimal hand-holding
Nice to have
- Experience with motion-led front-end work or interaction libraries
- Experience with HubSpot, forms, CRM integrations, or marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data
- Experience improving conversion rates through A/B testing and landing page iteration
- Comfort working with Figma and collaborating closely with design
- Experience in B2B, learning, SaaS, or brand-led content businesses

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
